Providing these details is voluntary for most Site features. You can browse the Site and begin a chatbot conversation without sharing them; after sustained chat use, we require contact details to continue so we can manage the service and follow up where appropriate.

3. Information Collected Automatically (Analytics)

When you visit the Site, we collect basic technical information to understand traffic and improve the Site. With your consent we may use analytics to support this. This includes:

To run the Site we work with a limited number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

  • AI chatbot provider (DeepSeek API): your chat messages and the relevant page content are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a reply. This processing occurs for the purpose of answering your question.
  • Email provider: contact and chatbot details (such as your name, email, phone, and message) are sent to our email provider so we receive notifications of your inquiry.
  • Analytics services: if you opt in, aggregated traffic and page-view data may be processed by analytics providers.
  • Hosting and database provider: the Site and its database (including any submitted form or chat data) are hosted by our cloud and hosting providers. The relevant providers and contractual terms depend on the live deployment configuration.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Information you submit (contact details, messages, chat history, and form replies) is stored securely by our hosting provider and used for the purposes described above. We apply reasonable technical safeguards such as rate-limiting, spam detection, input validation, and output security checks. We do not store payment card details, because you do not make payments on this Site.
